We mentor, we teach, we direct, we lead and we love our mentees.

Our research shows that one in three young people will reach adulthood without a mentor. Since 2009 Boys To Men Foundation has served Charlotte Mecklenburg County as a non-profit 501(c)(3).  It provides a public voice to young males, while helping to develop their minds and delivering mentoring resources in leadership and development. Mr Fowler, both as a community service advocate and Charlotte Mecklenburg county teacher,  has been supporting and leading young men for over 25 years. BTM, at its core, guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them and assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges.
